One shared set of terms covering QuadCorp's services and our Ticked WhatsApp booking assistant.
Last updated: 19 October 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of quadcorp.co.za and any service provided by QuadCorp (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2024/490584/07, of 86 Mitchell Avenue, Woodlands, Cape Town, 7785 ("QuadCorp", "we", "us", "our") — including CRM software, websites and funnels, online stores, and Ticked, our automated WhatsApp booking assistant offered under the QuadCorp brand, including the Ticked business dashboard at app.ticked.online and the public Ticked website at ticked.online. Ticked doesn't have separate terms; wherever these Terms say "our services", that includes Ticked, and any clause that applies only to Ticked is labelled as such.
By using our website, contacting us, joining a waitlist, or engaging us for work, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
QuadCorp builds and operates:
Specific scope, pricing, and timelines for any project are agreed individually, usually after a free consultation, and are confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp) before work begins. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance — quotes become binding only once both parties confirm a scope and price.
Requesting a consultation, quote, or assessment (including our Digital Transformation Assessment) doesn't create any obligation on either side. A project only begins once we've agreed scope, price, and timeline. Prices shown on our site for add-ons or hosting are indicative and may change; all custom project pricing is by consultation.
Joining the Ticked waitlist reserves your interest, not your spot — founding-member pricing and availability are limited and not guaranteed. Submitting an onboarding application doesn't automatically grant access; we review applications and reach out to confirm before your account goes live.
Ticked operates using the business details you provide — services, pricing, hours, and policies. You're responsible for keeping this information accurate; we aren't liable for a booking made on the basis of information you provided that was incorrect or out of date.
Ticked requires access to your WhatsApp number and Google Calendar to function. You authorise QuadCorp and Ticked to send and receive WhatsApp messages, and to create, read, and modify calendar events, strictly for the purpose of operating the booking service on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time by contacting us, or by removing Ticked under third-party apps and services in your Google Account. Either way, the service stops working until access is given again.
You agree not to use Ticked to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or content that violates WhatsApp's Business Policy or Meta's platform terms. We may suspend the service if we reasonably believe it's being misused or if it puts your WhatsApp number at risk of being restricted by Meta.
Ticked is offered on two plans:
Each additional bookable team member costs R50 per month. On both plans we charge R3 for every booking Ticked makes, including bookings that are later cancelled; moving a booking to a new time is not a new booking. QuadCorp is not registered for VAT, so these prices are final. Your monthly fees and booking fees are invoiced at the end of each month, and any trial or founding-member terms are confirmed with you directly before your account is activated. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before changing our prices.
You decide what appears on your page and you are responsible for it. You confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to publish it, including the photos, and the names and photos of any team members you show (with their permission). We may remove content, or hide your page, if it is unlawful, misleading, or breaks these Terms. Your page is hidden if you unpublish it, leave Ticked Premium, or your account is suspended or cancelled.
Clients can review your business on ticked.online, and their ticks and reviews are shown on your page once you have at least three. You can reply publicly to every review and report a review that you believe breaks our review rules. You cannot hide, edit or delete reviews, and reviews cannot be removed in exchange for payment. We decide whether a reported review is kept or removed. You must not write reviews of your own business or a competitor's, or offer anything in return for reviews.
Asking for a website quote from the dashboard creates no obligation for you or us. Any website project is agreed separately, as set out in section 3.
To fix problems and keep Ticked running, authorised QuadCorp staff may view your dashboard, conversations and bookings, and may reply to a customer on your behalf when needed. You can see when a conversation is being handled by Ticked support. We do this only to support you, keep the service secure, or meet a legal duty, and it is recorded in an audit log, which you can ask to see.
These terms apply to anyone who uses ticked.online, including people who create an account to leave reviews.
Accounts. You must be 18 or older to create an account. Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for what is done with your account. You can delete your account at any time under My account.
Bookings. ticked.online helps you find businesses and contact them on WhatsApp. Your booking is between you and the business: the business is responsible for its services, prices, opening hours and policies, and QuadCorp is not a party to your booking. Information on business pages is provided by the businesses, and we can't guarantee it is accurate or up to date.
Reviews. Only review a business you have actually used, and be honest. You must not post anything false, hateful, threatening or abusive, anyone's personal details (such as phone numbers or email addresses), advertising or spam, or anything that isn't about the business. You must not review your own business, a business you work for, or a competitor, and you must not accept anything in return for a review. The full rules are on our review rules page. Reviews marked "Verified visit" were left after a booking made through Ticked.
Your content. You keep ownership of your reviews. You give QuadCorp a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to show, store and reproduce them, with your first name and last-name initial, on ticked.online and in Ticked, for as long as they are published. We may remove a review, or stop an account from posting reviews, if it breaks these terms or the review rules. Businesses can reply to your review publicly.
No warranty. ticked.online is provided as it is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuadCorp is not liable for any loss arising from your use of ticked.online, from a booking you make with a business, or from content posted by businesses or other users. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act that cannot be limited.
Our services rely on third-party platforms we don't control, including Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Google (Calendar and Sign-In), WhatsApp/Meta (messaging), Anthropic (AI-generated replies) and Resend (account emails). We aren't responsible for outages, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by these providers, though we'll do our best to keep things running and let you know if something affects your service.
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the specific deliverables we built for you (code, designs, content we created for the project) transfers to you, except for any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or components QuadCorp reuses across projects, which we retain rights to. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio or as case studies unless you ask us not to.
Pricing is quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise, and is agreed before work begins. Invoicing schedule (e.g. deposit, milestones, monthly) is confirmed as part of your project agreement. Late payment may pause active work or, for Ticked, pause the service until resolved.
We work carefully, but we can't guarantee our services (including Ticked) will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every booking or automated message will be delivered exactly as expected — especially where a third-party platform (WhatsApp, Google) is involved. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuadCorp's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question in the preceding three months. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost revenue from a missed booking.
You may stop using our services or ask us to close your Ticked account at any time. We may suspend or end a service if these Terms are breached, if required by a third-party platform's policies, or if an account has been inactive or unpaid for an extended period. On termination, we'll disconnect any connected accounts (WhatsApp, Google Calendar) as soon as reasonably possible.
For Ticked: if your account is suspended, Ticked stops replying to your customers, but your information is kept. If you cancel, or your account stays suspended for 3 months, your information is permanently deleted as described in section 13.
We may update these Terms as our services evolve. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
1. Your role and ours. For the information about your customers that passes through Ticked (their names, WhatsApp numbers, messages and bookings), you are the responsible party under POPIA and QuadCorp is your operator. We process that information only to provide Ticked, on your instructions, and we keep it confidential.
2. Your responsibilities. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to message your customers on WhatsApp, and their consent where it is needed. You must tell your customers that bookings are handled by an automated assistant, follow WhatsApp's business policies, not use Ticked for unsolicited marketing, keep your login details and your team's logins secure (we recommend turning on 2-step sign-in under Account), change any temporary password we give you the first time you sign in, and register your own Information Officer where the law requires it.
3. Your customers' information. We keep each business's customer information separate from other businesses'. Your dashboard shows your client list and money figures based on your bookings' prices; your team members do not see either. You can delete a customer from your Contacts page at any time: this deletes their WhatsApp number, messages and calendar entries and cancels their upcoming bookings, while the record of their past bookings stays under their name as part of your business records. You cannot download customer lists yourself; on request, we export your client list and booking history and send it to you, and every export is recorded. We will help you answer your customers' requests about their information.
4. Security breaches. If we become aware of a security breach affecting your customers' information, we will tell you without delay.
5. Providers. We use the providers listed in our Privacy Policy to run Ticked, and we remain responsible for how we use them.
6. The AI assistant. Ticked uses an AI assistant to reply to your customers. It answers only from the information you give it, and it can make mistakes. You should check your calendar and bookings, and you remain responsible for the services, prices and policies you list. Our liability for booking errors or missed messages is limited as set out in the liability section above.
7. When you leave. If you cancel, or your account is suspended, your information is kept for 3 months so you can come back. You can ask us for an export of your client list and booking history during that time. After those 3 months, we permanently delete all of your information, including your customers' information, from our live systems, and you must re-apply to use Ticked again. We keep only the records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices and payment records.
